Returns Policy
No return items will be accepted "unannounced." This means before returning an item for refund you must call (214) 205-4741.to arrange your return and receive a return authorization number (RAN). No exceptions.
Living Spring Water™ Ionizer Product Return Policy
If you received your product and it is not exactly what you ordered, or your product arrived damaged, we are here to help you. We know that there will be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product for various reasons. In the event that you do need to return or exchange a product, please read the below information regarding our return or exchange process and policies.
Did your order arrive damaged?
If your order arrived damaged please notify us within 10 business days. Please take pictures and contact the shipper and us immediately. Be prepared to provide pictures of the damaged product.
- If there appears to be slight damage to the product, please write damaged on the bill of lading. Then, please notify us of the slightly damaged product.
- If the product is extremely damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us as soon as possible.
Does your order not match what you ordered? Do you believe you have received the wrong product? Would you like to exchange your product for a different one?
We accept returns or exchanges of most products. If you choose to exchange or return a product please follow the below steps.
- Email or call us with your order number, name, full contact details, and the model number and quantity of the product you would like to exchange or return.
- If you quailfy, we will then issue you an RA number for the return of the product and provide you with a return address and instructions for packing and returning the product. An exchange or return will not be accepted without an RA number or prior written authorization from Living Spring Water™ Water Ionizers.
- Once the product has been sent back, please provide us with the tracking details of the shipment.
- There will be a restocking fee of eight to 20 percent, based on restocking fees charged by the manufacturer of the product(s) you are returning. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling for exchanges or returns that do not fall under any error of Living Spring Water™. We charge a $25 processing fee for all returns.
- All original packaging must be in tact, the product must be returned in "like new" condition - free of dents, dings and scratches and all manuals, connections, CD's, DVD's testing materials and any other materials originally shipped with your order must be returned with the product otherwise additional charges may apply..
What if you place an order and would like to cancel it?
If you have placed an order and decided that you would like to cancel the order, we will accept your cancellation, unless the order has already shipped. If the order has been shipped we will be unable to cancel the order, and you will need to follow the above steps for a return or exchange. Is this OK?
What if you have had your product longer than 30 days and would like to return or exchange it? Or the product is defective?
